4. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Within 3 months of the date of the final permission, the following details shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority: 1:20 detailed drawings of a new historically appropriate timber sash window to replace the unacceptable UPVC window, and include 1:5 details of the glazing profile for the written approval of the Planning Authority. The window design and installation shall be undertaken with the input of a conservation expert with proven and appropriate expertise.
