Description
10. The developer shall comply with the following transportation requirements of the Planning Authority: a) Prior to commencement of development, revised plans and particulars illustrating 8 no. staff and 4 no. visitor cycle parking in accordance with Table 1 of Appendix 5 of the Dublin City Development Plan, 2022-2028, shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the Planning Authority unless otherwise agreed. All cycle parking should be designed with regard to the relevant guidance provided in the Cycle Design Manual, 2023. All cycle parking shall be in place and ready for use prior to the first occupation of the staff accommodation hereby approved.
