6. The developer shall modify the proportionality/balance between the brick base and the metal clad attic/roof storey, to reduce the visual impact and perceived height of the proposed metal clad attic/roof storey somewhat by increasing the height of the parapet of the brick base. (The overall height of the proposed enclosure shall not be increased). Revised drawings shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development on site.
