Description
3. Prior to the commencement of development, the following shall be submitted for written agreement of the Planning Authority; (a) Details and specification of the proposed roof materials to the extension. (b) A detail drawing at a scale of 1:20 describing the proposed fencing to the roof terrace and provide a sample of the proposed timber fencing to be used. (c) A methodology for repairs to the window reveals and brick surrounds and any additional masonry repairs on the rear elevation, including photographs of where the proposed repairs would be carried out. (d) A detail drawing at a scale of 1:20 of the proposed double door to the rear elevation at first floor and ground floor, as well as a 1:5 threshold details. (e) A detail drawing at a scale of 1:20 of the proposed window to the rear elevation, as well as a 1:5 details at the proposed head, jamb and cill. (f) Photographs and/or samples of the proposed floor finish shall be submitted. (g) Detail drawings at a scale of 1:20 of the proposed kitchen along the party wall with No. 58, demonstrating that the legibility of the chimney breast would not be obscured in the proposed layout. (h) A services drawing shall be provided for the dwelling, demonstrating that any new services runs from the kitchen or bathroom would not adversely impact the historic fabric and architectural features of the protected structure and shall re-use existing service runs where possible. The proposal regarding the radiator (currently located in front of the proposed jib door) and provision of heating in the first floor living room shall be included on the services drawing.
