2. The following requirements of the Conservation Officer shall be complied with: a) The applicant/developer shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) 1:20 drawing of the proposed new stairs linking ground and first floors. (ii) Confirmation as to how ventilation will be provided to the kitchen at ground floor level.
