EXPP: The replacement of a natural grass on the existing rugby pitch with an artificial grass surface pitch Installation of a 1.2meter fencing around the boundary of the proposed all weather pitch. The reconfiguration of the two pitches to accommodation one full size playing field, in its current configuration, both pitches are not regulation size.
