10. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: f) The applicant shall submit the following details for the written agreement of the Planning Authority in advance of the works commencing: i. Samples of the proposed finishes to the rear extension of No. 16 are to be provided to the Conservation Officer for agreement in advance of works. ii. A thorough conservation-led assessment of the proposed rebuilding of the east-west load-bearing spine wall (from ground to third floor) within No. 16, together with a detailed methodology (accompanied by drawings) for the works ensuring the retention of maximum sound historic fabric is to be provided. This shall identify the extent of surviving historic fabric include a strategy for salvage and reuse of historic fabric. The assessment shall be accompanied by detailed photos, cross-referenced to floor plans. iii. 1:20 drawing of all proposed new window types, identifying the ope (front and rear elevations) to which they relate and with justification for the style of the window are to be provided. Details of the proposed new glazing should also be submitted. The applicant shall ensure that any proposed glass replacements conform to EU directives and shall confirm this in writing to the Planning Authority. The glazing shall be putty-fixed. It is suggested that the proposed replacement of the windows to No. 16 be reviewed as to whether casement windows would be more appropriate in the context of the terrace and the alterations carried out in the early twentieth-century. iv. Detailed schedule of proposed repairs to internal fabric are to be provided prior to commencement of these works, cross-referenced to appropriate methodologies in the submitted AHIA. This shall include repair of historic plasterwork (both flat and decorative), joinery (to include historic stairs, doors, architraves, skirtings, timber floors, window linings/shutters/architraves) and walls (including structural interventions) where new openings are to be formed or existing openings amended. v. 1:20 drawings of all replacement joinery to the interior to include of proposed window/door architraves, door sets, window shutters and skirtings
