8. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC): (d) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. Full details of these & the outfall connection shall be agreed with the DPPDC section prior to commencement of the development.
