3. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: a) The external sign shall be placed internally only within the building, as there is a sufficient dimension (400mm) within the interior between the rear of the glazing and the position of the proposed security shutter to locate the sign in this location. Revised drawings shall be submitted for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the installation, to include method/details of wiring to illuminate signage and to blue line window display light bar. c) The Applicant shall submit the following items for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the works commencing: I. Written clarification on the 3D illustration of the proposed works to the Protected Structure (on the cover of the ‘Conservation Method Statement’), and submit a selection of good quality 3D visualisations of the subject retail unit on O’Connell Street and Sackville Place to illustrate the proposed signage installation II. Written confirmation that the proposed roller shutter is consistent with all other roller shutters on the O’Connell Street and Sackville Street Facades of the Protected Structure, and submit manufacturers’ photographs and details of the proposed roller shutter, and 1:20 plan, section and elevation drawing of the proposed installation, including all associated framing/guide rails and controls, and including the large flanking boxed-out elements either side of the front entrance doors, and inner doors indicated on the plan on drawing no. 5748-DAL-ZZ-ZZ-DR-A-5117. The Applicant shall also submit a 1:20 elevation of this item from within the shop interior, confirming the cladding material of the boxed-out elements.
