3. The development shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Section: c) The Applicant shall submit the following items for the written approval of the Planning Authority in advance of the works commencing: i) Method/details of wiring to illuminate signage and to the blue line window display light bar ii) Confirmation of the proposed materiality/finish of the ‘raised window display floor’ to demonstrate a high quality finish that complements the finishes of the shop windows iii) Written confirmation that the proposed roller shutter is consistent with all other roller shutters on the O’Connell Street and Sackville Street Facades of the Protected Structure, and submit manufacturers’ photographs and details of the proposed roller shutter, and 1:20 plan, section and elevation drawing of the proposed installation, including all associated framing/guide rails and controls, and including the large flanking boxed-out elements either side of the front entrance doors, and inner doors indicated on the plan on drawing no. 5748-DAL-ZZ-ZZ-DR-A-5117. The Applicant shall also submit a 1:20 elevation of this item from within the shop interior, confirming the cladding material of the boxed-out elements.
