9. The developer shall comply with the following conditions from the Transportation Planning Division: (b) Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall agree in writing a Car Management Strategy with a view to minimising private car travel as well as those seeking parking immediately prior to events on the adjoining road network. In this regard, the strategy shall address the potential for advanced sale of tickets with associated car parking spaces within the grounds, car park management and signage on the approach roads; car parking should be limited to encourage public transport use and active travel.
