7. Prior to commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) The applicant shall provide for 2 number cycle parking spaces either within a secure storage facility in the current location (in accordance with the relevant design principles set out in the Cycle Design Manual, 2023), or within conveniently accessible internal storage space a ground floor level. Details to be submitted. b) The applicant shall submit detail of proposed bin storage. Reason: To ensure a satisfactory standard of development.
