3. The development hereby approved shall be amended as follows: (i) The location and the 3m width of the existing vehicular entrance shall be retained, as approved under Reg. Ref 5456/22 and a 1-metre wide pedestrian entrance shall be provided, if required. (ii) The boundary treatments to the non-recessed entrance and along the property boundary at Seafield Road West shall comprise the following: a) Rendered piers with capping with a maximum height of 1.9m. b) Rendered block walls with capping with a maximum height of 1.75m Development approved under this permission shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interests of pedestrian safety and to mitigate negative impact on street parking, and in the interest of clarity.
