2. The following requirements of the Planning Authority's Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: a) Repair work to front facade i. Once a scaffold has been erected on site, the CO shall be given the opportunity to inspect the masonry façade to agree a repair strategy for the brick elevations. ii. A detailed schedule/marked up drawing of repairs following inspection at close quarters is to be provided for the written agreement of the CO in advance of the works commencing. iii. Site exemplars for the cleaning, removal of pointing, raking out, patch repairs, re-facing (if required) and repointing for the building to be agreed on site with the CO prior to these works commencing.
