EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: i. Upgrade of existing bathroom facilities in existing locations, utilising existing service routes only; ii. Upgrade of existing kitchenette facilities in existing locations, utilising existing service routes only; iii. Upgrade of electrical circuits, rewiring within existing service ducts and runs; iv. Provision of fire upgrade works to include compartmentalisation of floors; v. Replacement of modern floor finishes throughout; vi. Provision of fire-rated door sets in place of existing non-original doors where noted FD30; vii. General redecoration works; viii. Refurbishment of front door case; ix. Repaint lower ground floor front wall and string course; x. Essential repair of roof slates; xi. Cleaning of parapet and cornice to front façade; xii. Repaint window cills to front façade; xiii. Clean down granite cills to rear façade; xiv. Repair hole in wall and damaged render finishes to rear return lean-to in order to accommodate laundry facilities; xv. Repair and renew existing rainwater goods as required, particularly to west façade, rear return and lean-to where there is evidence of significant water ingress; xvi. Replacement throughout of aluminium windows with one-over-one timber sash windows; xvii. Removal of unit (including kitchen) to upper ground floor mezzanine, including the removal of the existing dropped ceiling over entrance hall, in order to re-establish the original floor to ceiling height.
