9. The requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be undertaken as follows: b) Prior to the commencement of the works, the applicant shall submit an updated final Car Parking Management Plan that includes amended details of how parking spaces will be managed and allocated to users based on the increased number of apartment units and car parking provisions.
