Description

EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The following works are proposed, principally at third floor level: 1. Repair of walls and wall plaster at third floor level. 2. Repair and reinstatement of internal joinery details on third floor. 3. Reinstatement of windows to historic detail on west facade. 4. Repair historic ceilings and decorative plasterwork at first and second floor levels. 5. Fit insulated ceiling to reinstated pitched roof. 6. Upgrade top floor to 60 minute fire resistance. 7. Upgrade electrical services at third floor level. 8. Upgrade bathroom with new fittings. 9. Extend existing heating system in No. 18 Ormond Quay to top floor.
