7. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: g) The applicant shall provide the following for the written agreement of the planning authority in advance of the works commencing: I. The applicant shall provide a list of all surviving historic fabric that will be repaired/fire upgraded/refurbished and retained within the proposed works, including historic doors, architraves, windows and linings, plaster ceilings and cornices, timber floor boards and other floor finishes, and all other historic fabric and shall clearly indicate the extent of proposed repointing/cleaning/repair works to brick and stonework on facades, to indicate the conservation gain arising from the proposed works. Record floor plan to be provided of all extant historic floor finishes at ground floor in particular, when a full survey is possible, to inform proposed floor finishes. III. The colour and materiality of the new roofscape to be agreed by the submission of samples. IV. Signage and paint colours for all shopfronts, awning boxes and awning fabrics shall be agreed with the planning authority upon provision of samples. V. Details to be provided of the proposed new metal canopy over the Hotel entrance bay on Exchequer Street, and colour/finish of new metal doors and ironmongery. VI. Details shall be provided of the junctions of the proposed new frontage to No, 12 Dame Court with the Protected Structure and the adjoining building No. 13 Dame Court. IX. The applicant should provide details of all proposed repairs and alterations to all windows. X. The applicant shall provide additional large-scale details to demonstrate how new partitions avoid any detrimental impact when located close to window reveals.
