7. The following requirements of the Transport Planning Division shall be complied with; e) A total of 236 no. bicycle parking spaces shall be provided within the development. 160 no. spaces shall be provided within a secure compound to the rear of the apartment block. 46n o. spaces (inclusive of 6no. non-standard / cargo bike spaces and 10no. fully functioning e-charging spaces) shall be provided at basement level. 30 no. visitor spaces (comprising of 28 no. Sheffield stand spaces and 2 no. non-standard / cargo bike spaces) shall be provided to the front of the apartment block. Design details for the cycle parking spaces shall be submitted to and agreed in writing with the planning authority prior to commencement of development. All cycle parking shall be in place and ready for use prior to the first occupation of the residential development hereby permitted.
