3. The development shall be revised as follows: (a) The ceiling height of the glazed link at lower ground floor shall be reduced 2500mm, ensuring that the roof level is 150mm below the existing window cill of eGW06. Window eGW06 shall not be modified in size. (b) The proposed window on the rear elevation off the hall at ground floor level that would replace the existing door shall match eGW06. (c) The widening of the vehicular entrance shall be omitted and the vehicular entrance shall be retained at its existing width. (d) The bathroom window in the side elevation on ground floor (entrance level) extension shall be omitted. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority, and such works shall be fully implemented prior to the occupation of the building. Reason: In the interests of orderly development, residential and visual amenity.
