5. The developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Transportation Planning Division: a) Driveway entrance shall be at most 3.0m in width, and shall be positioned a minimum 0.5m southwest of the existing footpath build-out containing a public lighting column. Drawings detailing the revised vehicular entrance and proposed front boundary treatment shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of the development.
