3. The existing trees and hedges to the south side of the southern site boundary shall be retained and protected from damage during construction. An accurate survey shall be carried out by an arborist or landscape architect and shall show the location of each tree/hedgerow, together with details of the species, height, girth, crown spread and condition. The survey and measures for the protection of the trees/hedges shall be submitted to, and agreed in writing with, the planning authority prior to commencement of development.
