Description

The proposed development comprises minor revisions to the boundary treatment between the existing Lansdowne Place development and the adjacent former Ballsbridge Hotel site permitted under Reg. Ref. 3705/21 so as to now comprise of a short extension of the existing railing detail of c.1.9m in height adjoining the existing Lansdowne Road boundary and the construction of a low wall with railing c.2.4m in height for the remainder of its length so as to define the boundary of the Lansdowne Place development along it south west side; all on an overall site of 1.07Ha.
