3. The following requirements of the City Council’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with: c) In advance of works commencing the applicant shall submit the following information to the Planning Authority for their written agreement: • A full room by room photographic internal survey of the building, particularly in rooms where interventions are proposed. • Detailed drawings of the proposed structural works prepared by a structural engineer d) The applicant shall omit the proposed casement windows from the return and shall submit details for appropriately detailed one-over-one pane sash windows. The details shall be based on the sash windows on the front elevation.
