4. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the following amendments have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority: (a) The light coloured timber rainscreen cladding shall be replaced with either a render similar in colour to the existing house or the vertical pattern light tan bricks proposed for the ground floor extension. (b) The timber privacy slats shall be omitted from the windows at first floor level and the fenestration shall be reduced in size accordingly. (c) The first floor north facing window shall be permanently glazed with obscure glass. Reason: In the interest of visual amenity, proper planning and sustainable development.
