3. The development hereby permitted shall include the following amendments a) The second floor level to Unit 5 shall be omitted to form a two-storey dwelling which complies with relevant standards. Prior to the commencement of development, revised plans, sections and elevations taking into account the above requirements shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: in the interests of residential amenity of nos. 27 – 29 Rathgar Avenue.
