Description

3. The dormer extension shall be reduced in width to be a maximum of 4m and be a minimum of 1m from the boundary with no. 13 Farney Park. The dormer shall be located wholly to the south of the ridge of the first floor extension roof. Development shall not commence until revised plans, drawings and particulars showing the above amendments have been submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. Reason: In the interest of orderly development and residential amenity.
