Description

EXPP: Planning permission was granted Ref. Ref. WEB1793/23 for a rear and side dormer to the existing two storey house. The grant of planning permission included a new window on the rear dormer (east) which was located slightly off center on the elevation. The applicants wish to move the window approximately 375mm so it is centered on the rear dormer rather than slightly off centre. The size of the window already approved will not change.
