Description

4. Prior to the commencement of development, details of cycle parking and bin storage shall be submitted to and agreed in writing by the Planning Authority. These facilities shall be provided within the rear garden of the hereby approved mews house. They shall also be secure, conveniently located, sheltered, well lit and have appropriate gated access onto Maxwell Well.
