Description

8. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit a detailed structural justification for the demolition of the basement vaults under the pavement and shall provide clarification on alternative structural remediation measures such as propping / tying / the introduction of localised support structures etc. that would be considered to be more appropriate from a conservation standpoint as they would be considered to be of minimum intervention. Detailed drawings at a scale of 1:5 and 1:10 for the structural works across the entire site shall be submitted for the written agreement of the Planning Authority.
