6. The developer shall comply with the following requirements: f) No deep fat fryers, or other equipment that is likely to give rise to comparable emissions of grease, fumes and / or odours from the premises shall be used without the prior written agreement of the planning authority and the prior installation of a suitable system for the control of such emissions.
