EXPP: PROTECTED STRUCTURE: PROPOSED WORKS: • Stitching of structural cracks in the east and west walls. • Needle shoring of two openings in the rear elevation. • Raking back of existing hardcore by c.3.5m from the rear elevation of the house. • Construction of a new concrete retaining wall to the rear of the house. • Removal and relocation of an existing timber stairs to the rear of the neighbouring no.8 Parkgate Street. • New electricity distribution board within the front room of the building. • Temporary propping of joints, removed chimney stack in front room & toilet outshot. • Removal of the toilet outshot and associated infill of the façade in said location, with a reinstated window.
