7. The development shall meet the following requirements of the DCC Drainage Division: (a) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. Full details of the surface water management proposals shall be agreed in writing prior to commencement of construction. (b) The development is to be drained on a completely separate foul and surface water system with surface water discharge point(s) to be agreed prior to commencement of construction. The management of surface water as proposed is not acceptable.
