3. Development shall not commence until revised landscaping plans for the front and rear gardens have been submitted to, and agreed in writing by the Planning. These revised landscaping plans shall be at a scale of 1:50 and clearly denote all proposed materials. These revised plans shall include the following: (a) The front garden landscaping plan shall include a revised location for the car-charging point. The proposed charging point shall be reconsidered to provide a more sensitive and considerate installation within the curtilage of the Protected Structure. (b) The rear garden landscaping plan shall include increased soft landscaping in front of the bin stores and bicycle parking area and also to the rear of the approved rear extension to soften these new inclusions into the curtilage of the protected structure. (c) The landscaping shall be carried out within the first planting season following substantial completion of external construction works. All planting shall be adequately protected from damage until established. Any plants which die, are removed or become seriously damaged or diseased within a period of five years from the completion of the development shall be replaced within the next planting season with others of similar size and species, unless otherwise agreed in writing with the planning authority.
