Description

4. Prior to the commencement of development, the applicant shall submit samples of the proposed brick for the elevations of the extension, together with the proposed mortar, ensuring the proposed brick provides a sufficient level of warmth/colour to deliver an appropriate intervention to the rear of the Protected Structure. The proposed colour(s) of the windows/doors are also to be confirmed in writing with the planning authority
