9. The development shall comply with the following requirements of Drainage Planning, Policy and Development Control Section (DPPDC) of Dublin City Council: b) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems (SuDS) in the management of surface water. The DPPDC section is not in favour of the proposed aco channel. The applicant shall demonstrate how nature-based SuDS devices are to be incorporated into the management of surface water runoff. Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with DPPDC Section prior to commencement of construction.
