3. The developer shall comply with the following conservation requirements: a) In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant/developer shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the planning authority: ii. Site samples/exemplars for the raking out, cleaning, and repointing for the brickwork and the removal of the sand cement mortar and re-rendering of the masonry shall be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer prior to the overall works commencing. The applicant shall submit details of five recent examples of specialist façade works carried out by the proposed contractor on protected structures of similar architectural significance in Dublin and associated references to ensure that the contractor has the requisite expertise for these works.
