EXPP: Ground floor refurbishment and ground floor extension of a two storey terrace house at 4 Sherrard Avenue Dublin 1. The proposed development will consist of partial demolition at ground floor of existing single storey rear extension and provision of additional area of 2m2 to create a larger accessible level access bathroom with new roof to entire single storey ground floor extension. The proposed ground floor extension measures 2 m2 (total gross house area including existing house is 53m2). The proposed development will also consist of general remedial works to the ground floor layout including, removal of porch, widening of door to rear extension for universal wheelchair accessibility, new sliding door to rear bathroom, reworking of kitchen with a new swing door to outside courtyard, stripping of roof over both existing rear extensions and increasing the height of lower bathroom extension with new roof across entire rear ground floor structure and all associated site works.
