6. The applicant shall comply with the following Drainage Department requirements: i) The developer shall comply with the Greater Dublin Regional Code of Practice for Drainage Works Version 6.0 (available from www.dublincity.ie Forms and Downloads). ii) The development shall incorporate Sustainable Drainage Systems in the management of surface water. iii) The applicant shall demonstrate how nature-based SuDS devices are to be incorporated into the management of surface water of this development. iv) Any new paving shall be carried out in a sustainable manner so that there is no increase in surface water run-off to the drainage network as per the Dublin City Development Plan 2022-2028. v) Full details of these shall be agreed in writing with Drainage Division prior to commencement of construction. vi) The drainage for the proposed development shall be designed on a completely separate foul and surface water system. vii) All private drainage such as, downpipes, gullies, manholes, armstrong junctions, etc. are to be located within the final site boundary. Private drains should not pass through property they do not serve.
