8. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: (a) The applicant shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval of the Planning Authority prior to the commencement of development: (i) Photographic record of the boundary wall with No. 7 Rostrevor Terrace, accompanied by a methodology for any repairs required to historic fabric. In addition, an assessment of the impact of foundations to facilitate the new extension shall be provided. (ii) 1:10 detail of the flashing of the junction between the new extension and the boundary wall and how rainwater will be managed here. (iii) Revised plans and elevations retaining the door opening beneath the front entrance steps. (iv) 1:20 drawing of the proposed window, demonstrating it is based on the surviving timber sash windows to the Protected Structure, and confirmation of the treatment of the sill. (v) 1:20 drawing of the proposed door to the rear elevation, revising the door type from aluminium to high quality hardwood door. The use of a part-timber/part-glazed door would be considered acceptable. (vi) 1:20 section drawings of the proposed pantry, reducing its height to sit below the existing cornice to retain greater legibility of the historic planform. (vii) Confirmation of the extent of works proposed to the heating system within the house. 1:50 floor plans are to be submitted demonstrating the extent of pipework and the locations of new radiators. The applicant shall also confirm a methodology for the placement of new pipe runs. The placement of new notches within joists shall be avoided and existing pipe runs used where possible
