4. The following requirements of the Planning Authority’s Conservation Officer shall be fully complied with: The applicant/developer shall submit the following architectural conservation details/revisions for the written approval prior to the commencement of development: i. Revised proposed 1:50 layouts of the interior, proposing an alternate layout to both ground and first floor level that respects the surviving chimneybreasts, removing all partitions that truncate the chimneybreasts. ii. A methodology for the application of a lime-based plaster to the internal walls following removal of later plasterboard/dry-lining. The proposal to leave the brick walls exposed shall be omitted. iii. Methodology for the repair works to the roof following the removal of redundant plant, including confirmation of the proposed replacement slate (Blue Bangor natural slate) and repair of the underlying roof timbers.
