5. The following requirements of the Transportation Planning Department shall be complied with: b) Prior to commencement of development, the applicant/developer shall submit revised plans providing bicycle parking to Development Plan standards. Cycle parking shall be secure, conveniently located, sheltered and well lit. Cycle parking shall be in situ prior to the occupation of the development.
