Description

4. Prior to the commencement of development the applicant shall submit the following revised plans for the written agreement of the Planning Authority, with the resultant alteration changing the units from two bed units to one bed units: (i) Block C is to be set back a further1m at ground floor level from the eastern boundary with the first floor also being set back so that it is flush with the ground floor, as no oversail is to be permitted at first floor level. (ii) Block C is to be set back a further 1.5m from the southern boundary. Reason: In the interest of the residential amenity of the units and the neighbouring property.
