Description

3. a) 31 no. cycle parking spaces shall be provided including 2 no. adaptable/cargo bike parking spaces. Revised layout detailing secure and sheltered cycle parking shall be submitted to the planning authority for written agreement prior to the commencement of the development. b) A maximum 3 no. car parking spaces inclusive of 1 no. accessible car parking space shall be provided for the use and shall be delineated. Car parking spaces shall be used solely for the purposes hereby permitted and shall not be sold, rented or otherwise sub-let or leased to other parties. Reason: To ensure adequate bicycle parking provision for the development
