2. The applicant/developer shall comply with the following requirements of the Conservation Officer of Dublin City Council; b) The following detailed schedules shall be agreed on site with the Conservation Officer ii) Drawings at 1:10 of the lower steps and end of balustrades of the external entrance flight of steps to show existing and proposed additional granite step shall be submitted for agreement with the Conservation Officer prior to the commencement of construction on site. The new step shall be Leinster granite.
