2. The developer shall comply with the following Conservation requirements of the Planning Authority: a. In advance of works commencing on site, the applicant shall submit the following information for the written agreement of the Conservation Officer: i. Where the final M&E requirements vary significantly from that outlined on the submitted drawings the applicant shall provide updated M&E drawings, including electrical, ventilation, heating, water, waste and lighting layouts for the approval of the Conservation Officer. ii. The applicant shall provide details of materials to be used in the distribution of the M&E services, particularly those that will be surface mounted on the masonry walls of the vault.
