2. The following requirements of the City Council’s Conservation Section shall be fully complied with in the proposed development: d) The applicant shall submit details of the proposed new glazing type and putty fixing for written approval of the Conservation Section prior to commencement of works. Where it is proposed to use slim-profiled glass units the applicant shall submit section drawings and/or details which demonstrate that these (to include gaskets and spacers/pillars) can be accommodated without increase in dimension of the historically appropriate glazing bar and that the glazing proposal will maintain the manufactures certification on u-value performance.
