5. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following details, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: d) An operation waste management plan shall be submitted. No bins shall be stored on the public footpath. Reason: In order to protect the character and integrity of the adjoining Protected Structures at the Mount Jerome Cemetery complex, and in the interests of visual amenity.
