5. Prior to commencement of development, the applicant shall submit the following details, for the written agreement of the Planning Authority: a) Detailed drawings, including finishes and colour of the proposed gates to the ESB Substation doors and Bin Storage doors shall be submitted. These doors should be bespoke design which shall reflect the character of the Gate Lodge and Railings in their design. b) A revised drawing to be submitted showing the omission of the 1 bedroom 2 person unit on the south western corner of the building, at first floor level (the first floor element adjacent to Mount Jerome Cemetery). c) The Green roof adjacent to Mount Jerome Cemetery shall not be used as a terrace, and maintained only as a green roof. Reason: In order to protect the character and integrity of the adjoining Protected Structures at the Mount Jerome Cemetery complex, and in the interests of visual amenity.
