10. The requirements of the Drainage Division shall be undertaken as follows: b) The development shall incorporate a Green Blue roof designed in accordance with the requirements of the Dublin City Council Green & Blue Roof Guidance Document (2021). Full details of entire surface water management proposal shall be agreed in writing with the Planning Authority prior to commencement of construction.
